How We Find the Best Candidates

In the years since GRN Vancouver started in 2006, one thing has remained consistent; the best candidates are almost always doing a great job and not looking to make a change. In order to intrigue candidates into looking into other opportunities they must be contacted directly. Since job postings are not often effective in attracting the candidates we seek, we will no longer be updating this blog with new jobs. However, we will be broadcasting opportunities in better ways. We will certainly stay true to the most effective method of attracting the best candidates for our clients: direct contact.
