How We Find the Best Candidates
In the years since GRN Vancouver started in 2006, one thing has remained consistent; the best candidates are almost always doing a great job and not looking to make a change. In order to intrigue candidates into looking into other opportunities they must be contacted directly. Since job postings are not often effective in attracting the candidates we seek, we will no longer be updating this blog with new jobs. However, we will be broadcasting opportunities in better ways. Director of Sales – Seasonal Consumer Products Focus
Location (and re-location) Information: This is an on-site position based in Chino, CA. Relocation available for the right candidate.
Must Haves: Minimum of 7-10years experience selling into big box and mass merchants. Strong understanding of overseas manufacturing and product development will be key. This person will be working on relationships with companies globally, so experience traveling internationally will be essential. Ability to think strategically and act tactfully. BA/BS is a must.
Recruiter Notes: This position is also a project and creative lead for their structure. You will need to help develop strategies that will communicate the trends and changes in the market. Someone with experience in a seasonal market will do very well. Key accounts include: Costco, Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart, Home Depot.

R&D Expert in the Active Apparel Space
Location (and re-location) Information: Must relocate to Windham County Connecticut - strong relocation package offered.
Must Haves: Strong understanding of foam/insulation products as they apply to apparel. Must have experience working with international manufacturers and suppliers in the active apparel space. Also, strong attention to detail and organizational skills will be key. Strong connections with factories and/or suppliers in the apparel manufacturing space.
Recruiter Notes: This is a brand new position for this company and so they need someone who can build a competency, set operational plans, and then carry them out. Someone who knows what factories are most reliable and who has a strong understanding of technical manufacturing techniques would fit best here. This role will work internally with this company's customers and will be the expert in the development and incorporation of their products.
